1. Subscription Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions. If you're not satisfied with our service within the first 14 days of your subscription, you can request a full refund.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Request must be made within 14 days of the original purchase
  • This is your first subscription with BAB
  • No previous refund requests have been granted
  • Account has not violated our Terms of Service

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Subscription renewals after the initial billing period
  • Pro-rated refunds for unused subscription time
  • Subscriptions older than 14 days
  • Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please:

  1. Contact us through our contact page
  2. Include your account email and reason for the refund request
  3. Allow 3-5 business days for processing

5. Processing Time

Once your refund request is approved, it will be processed through Paddle, our payment processor. Refunds typically appear in your account within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment method and financial institution.

6. Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:

  • You will retain access until the end of your current billing period
  • No refund will be issued for the remaining time
  • Your subscription will not renew automatically
  • You can reactivate at any time

7. Exceptional Circumstances

In cases of technical issues, service outages, or other exceptional circumstances, we may offer pro-rated refunds or service credits at our discretion. Please contact support to discuss your specific situation.

8. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us for a refund, your account will be immediately suspended. Please reach out to our support team first, and we will work with you to resolve any billing issues.

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
