Refund Policy

1. Subscription Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with our service within the first 30 days of your initial subscription, you may request a full refund.

2. Eligibility for Refund

To be eligible for a refund, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • The refund request is made within 30 days of the original purchase date
  • This is your first subscription with Band Artist Booking
  • No previous refund has been granted to you or to any account associated with you
  • Your account is in good standing and has not been suspended or terminated for violating our Terms of Service

3. Non-Refundable Situations

The following are explicitly not eligible for refunds:

  • Subscription renewals after the initial billing period
  • Pro-rated refunds for unused subscription time after cancellation
  • Subscriptions older than 30 days
  • Highlight purchases and one-time promotional features

4. Accounts Terminated for Terms of Service Violations

If your account has been suspended or permanently banned due to a valid violation of our Terms of Service, you are not entitled to any refund — including for any remaining subscription time, purchased features, or credits.

Valid grounds for termination include, but are not limited to: harassment of other users, fraudulent activity, providing false information, uploading prohibited content, attempting to circumvent a previous ban, or any other conduct that violates our Terms.

By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree that a ban for legitimate cause constitutes a forfeiture of any paid subscription or purchased features.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Contact us through our contact page
  2. Include your account email address and the reason for your refund request
  3. Provide your subscription purchase date

We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.

6. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed through LemonSqueezy, our payment processor. Refunds typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment method and financial institution.

7. Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:

  • You retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period
  • No refund will be issued for the remaining time in the billing period
  • Your subscription will not renew automatically
  • You may resubscribe at any time

8. Exceptional Circumstances

In cases of extended service outages, critical technical issues, or billing errors on our part, we may offer pro-rated refunds or service credits at our discretion. Contact our support team to discuss your situation.

9. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank without first contacting us for a refund, your account will be immediately suspended pending investigation. We encourage you to contact us first — we are committed to resolving billing issues fairly and promptly.

10. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Platform.
