1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using BAB Band Artist Booking, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use BAB for personal, non-commercial purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notations
• Transfer the materials to another person

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscriptions

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (monthly, yearly, etc.).

Subscriptions are processed through Paddle, and you agree to their terms and conditions. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our platform to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Submit false or misleading information
• Interfere with the security of the platform
• Transmit viruses or malicious code

6. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of any content you submit to BAB. By posting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your content in connection with the Service.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall BAB or its suppliers be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the service, even if BAB has been notified of the possibility of such damage.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
