Add a Band Booking

Open your Dashboard

Go to your Dashboard and find the booking calendar. Make sure you have at least one band created with members added.

• You need to be the band owner or have 'Create bookings' permission
• Band members' availability is checked automatically

Click a date on the calendar

Click any available date. The 'Add a gig' modal will open with options for who is performing.

Fill in gig details

Enter the gig title, location, start time, and description. Add the booker's contact information and select the gig type.

Select 'Whole band' and choose your band

Under 'Who is performing?', select 'Whole band'. A dropdown will appear listing all your bands — pick the one that's performing. The system will automatically check all members' availability.

• Conflicts with other bands are flagged instantly
• All band members see the same gig on their calendars

Save the gig

Click 'Save gig'. The booking will appear on your calendar and on every band member's calendar. All members receive a notification about the new gig. If any member has a conflict, you'll be warned.

• Members get push notifications about new bookings
• The gig shows the band name and all member details
