Create a gig for your entire band with automatic availability checking
Go to your Dashboard and find the booking calendar. Make sure you have at least one band created with members added.
Click any available date. The 'Add a gig' modal will open with options for who is performing.
Enter the gig title, location, start time, and description. Add the booker's contact information and select the gig type.
Under 'Who is performing?', select 'Whole band'. A dropdown will appear listing all your bands — pick the one that's performing. The system will automatically check all members' availability.
Click 'Save gig'. The booking will appear on your calendar and on every band member's calendar. All members receive a notification about the new gig. If any member has a conflict, you'll be warned.
