Add a Custom Booking

Add musicians as friends

Before creating a custom booking, visit artist profiles in the Feed and send friend requests. Once accepted, these musicians will be available for custom gigs.

• You can find musicians by browsing the Feed
• Friend requests must be accepted before you can invite them

Open your calendar and click a date

From your Dashboard, click on the date you want to book. The gig creation modal will open.

Fill in the gig details

Enter the gig title, location, start time, gig type, and any other details about the event.

Select 'Custom Band'

Under 'Who is performing?', choose 'Custom Band'. You'll see a list of your friends who are available on that date. Only friends who don't have conflicts are shown.

• Only available friends appear in the list
• You can select as many musicians as you need

Pick your musicians and save

Select the friends you want to invite to this gig, then click 'Save gig'. Each selected musician receives an invitation they can accept or decline. The gig appears on everyone's calendar once accepted.

• Musicians can accept or decline the invitation
• You can add more members later from the gig details
