Create a Band

Go to your Dashboard

From the navigation bar, click Dashboard. Scroll to the 'My Bands' section where you'll see all bands you own and a button to create a new one.

• You need an active subscription or trial to create bands
• The number of bands you can own depends on your plan

Click 'Create Band'

Click the Create Band button. You'll be taken to a form where you enter your band's details.

Enter band details

Fill in the band name, write a description of your band's style and history, and select the music genres your band performs.

• Choose a name that's easy to search for
• The description appears on your public band profile

Upload a band image

Upload a photo or logo that represents your band. This image will appear on your band's public profile and in the feed.

Save and manage

Click 'Create Band' to save. You'll be taken to the band management page where you can invite members, set permissions, enable online bookings, and manage your shared calendar.

• You can edit all band details later
• Enable 'Available for online bookings' so venues can find you

Invite members to your band

From the band management page, use the 'Invite Musicians' section to search for registered artists by name and send them an invitation. You can also invite by email if they haven't signed up yet. Once they accept, they'll appear in your members list and share the band's calendar.

• Invited members receive a notification and can accept or decline
• You can set individual permissions for each member (create bookings, invite others, edit band, etc.)
