Band Artist Booking

Set Up Your Profile

Create a professional musician profile that gets you noticed and lets anyone book you

1

Register your account

Go to the registration page and create your account with your name, email, and password. You'll receive a verification email — click the link to activate your account.

  • Use a real email — you'll need it for verification
  • Choose a strong password with at least 8 characters
2

Upload a profile photo

Navigate to your Profile page. Click the profile image area to upload a photo. You can crop and adjust it before saving. A good photo helps bookers recognize you.

3

Fill in your details

Add your display name (stage name), write a bio that describes your sound and experience, and select your country, state, and city so people can find you by location.

  • Your display name is what bookers see first
  • A detailed bio increases your chances of getting booked
4

Select genres and instruments

Choose the music categories you perform (e.g. Jazz, Rock, Folk) and select your instrument group, then pick your specific instruments. This helps venues filter and discover you.

  • You can select multiple genres
  • Instruments are grouped by category for easy browsing
5

Add social links and media

Paste your Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and Spotify URLs. Add up to 3 YouTube video links to showcase your performances. Upload audio recordings to your catalog.

  • YouTube videos appear directly on your profile
  • Audio recordings let bookers preview your sound
6

Configure availability

Toggle 'Available for online bookings' to appear in the public feed. Enable 'Available for band invitations' if you want other musicians to invite you. Adjust privacy settings for your phone number and band visibility.

  • You can block specific dates on your calendar later
  • Visibility settings control what appears on your public profile
