Send invitations to musicians so they can join your band
From your Dashboard, find the band you want to manage in 'My Bands' and click 'Manage'. This opens the full band management view.
Scroll to the 'Invite Musicians' area. You'll see a search field where you can look up registered artists by name.
Type a musician's name in the search field. Matching registered artists will appear. Click 'Invite' next to the artist you want to add. They'll receive a notification with your band invitation.
If the musician isn't registered yet, use the 'Invite by email' field below the search. Enter their email address and send the invitation. They'll receive an email with a link to join.
Below the invite section, you'll see 'Pending Invitations' showing all sent invitations that haven't been accepted yet. Once a musician accepts, they appear in your members list with configurable permissions.
